YES is an acronym for Yumei – Elisa – Sophia.Lady Ni Cragnolini, OBE founded the Group of Companies with her daughters Elisa and Sophia in mind.

Lady Ni has been one of PNG’s leading businesswomen for over twenty years. Her experience and passion for PNG has propelled her businesses to success.

In 2017 Lady Ni, along with her daughter Elisa, brought her businesses under the umbrella of YES Management. Since then they have worked together to serve and improve PNG through their businesses, philanthropy and vision.

Lady Ni Cragnolini, OBE Chairlady and Founder.Lady Ni emigrated to Papua New Guinea from Beijing in 1989 after completing her education in mechanical engineering. In the years since she has risen to prominence as one of the most successful and well-known businesswomen in Papua New Guinea. Her leadership and vision has turned many ideas and projects into successful businesses and organizations.

Elisa Cragnolini,

Elisa was raised in Papua New Guinea as a child by her parents Lady Ni Cragnolini and Sir Luciano Cragnolini. This upbringing fostered a love for PNG that persists with her to this day.

After completing her education in Australia, she promptly moved back to the country of her childhood to join her mother in creating the YES Group of Companies.

Her passion for events and entertainment has seen her organise and plan multiple high profile events including political fundraisers, charity events, conferences and NGO functions.

In 2017 Elisa launched the Italian Gelato business, combining her Italian heritage with her passion for Papua New Guinea.
